Barangay Online Community System

The Barangay Online Community System or B.O.C.S. is the free online information service of concerned residents and resident-friendly institutions of Quezon City. As of August, 2006, BOCS has members from 30 agencies/institutions and 34 barangays in all of QC’s 4 districts.

BOCS is a free email-based informal newsletter, bulletin board, support group and discussion forum that is hosted online by Yahoo! Groups with the following address:
